Where EVgo acts as processor for customer data, we may engage certain sub-processors to assist us in providing EVgo services. Before we engage with a sub-processor, EVgo evaluates the sub-processor’s privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes appropriate agreements that govern the protection of personal data.
