Supplemental Terms of Service

By participating in the EVgo Beta Testing Program (the "Program"), the supplemental terms set forth below ("Program Terms") apply to your participation in the Program and are incorporated into the EVgo Terms of Service at https://www.evgo.com/terms-of-service ("General Terms"). To the extent of any conflict, these Program Terms control with respect to the Program. By opting in, you agree to these Program Terms.

You will receive a dedicated test account ("Test Account") for use during the Program, which is for your individual use only and may not be shared. All charging activity will be recorded in the Test Account and will not transfer to your existing EVgo account. Your existing account will remain active, though EVgo may temporarily unenroll your vehicle from Autocharge+ to enable testing; Autocharge+ will be re-enabled on your existing account upon request after the Program ends. If you have an active subscription plan, it will be paused for the duration of the Program so you are not billed subscription fees while participating and will be reactivated when the Program concludes. Charging sessions will be billed at the discounted rates communicated to you by EVgo, which apply only at EVgo-owned stations. For any plan with monthly membership fees, EVgo will charge your designated payment method on the first day of each billing period. Late Payment Fees described in the General Terms do not apply during the Program; however, failure to pay outstanding amounts may result in suspension or deactivation of the Test Account and removal from the Program. Certain features and services, including reservations, EVgo Rewards, Out-of-Network Charging Stations, and others identified in your Program invitation, may be unavailable during the Program. The Program is offered on an "as-is" and "as available" basis, and EVgo makes no warranties regarding the features being tested. You acknowledge that pre-release features may contain bugs or errors that could affect your charging experience, and your participation is at your own risk. Any feedback, suggestions, or other information you provide in connection with the Program, whether through the survey or otherwise, is voluntary, non-confidential, and licensed to EVgo on a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable basis for any purpose without compensation or attribution. EVgo may modify or terminate the Program, or your participation in it, at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion. Upon conclusion of the Program, the Test Account will be closed, all payment data deleted, and your existing account will remain unaffected. Misuse of the Program, including account sharing or abuse of discounted pricing, may result in removal and ineligibility for future programs. All other provisions of the General Terms, including the arbitration agreement, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations, apply to your participation in the Program.
